COCOREADO Project has started
A project designed to rebalance the position of the farmer as an individual actor, as a key player in innovative food supply chains, and as a supplier for public procurement.
The COCOREADO project "Connecting COnsumers and producers to REbalance farmers' position through AmbassaDOrs trainings" has officially started with an online kick-off meeting held on 11, 12 and 13 January. Coordinated by the Catholic University of Leuven (Belgium), 13 partners from 9 countries have worked intensively presenting to the whole consortium the activities foreseen in the different work packages, as well as participating in workshops aimed at launching the first actions.
Iniciativas Innovadoras is leading WP7 on Communication and Dissemination. We have 42 months ahead of us to work on this exciting project aimed at rebalancing the position of farmers as key actors in innovative food supply chains and as suppliers for public procurement. The big challenge is to connect consumers and producers to achieve this. The project is funded by the European Horizon 2020 programme.
