With social economy

We firmly believe that people are the raison d'être of our company. That is why we are committed to a social economy company model and to its development, participating in the activities and decision-making bodies of the Navarre Association of Social Economy Companies (ANEL) and supporting the creation of new social economy companies through the Navarre Entrepreneurs' Cooperative, of which we are founding members. 

With gender equality

We understand equal opportunities between women and men as a strategic key to our organisation and part of our corporate identity.

In 2018 we started the process for the structured integration of equality in the organisation and culture of the company, through our "Equality Plan for Women and Men 2019-2022", which has been drawn up by applying the IGE procedure (Procedure for the Integration of Gender Equality in Companies) approved by the Navarre Institute for Equality of the Government of Navarre. 
 

With conciliation

Recognised by the “Association of Women Entrepreneurs and Executives of Navarre" (AMEDNA) and by the Government of Navarre, with the "Reconcilia Seal 2021" as a "responsible company in conciliation" for the implementation of measures that facilitate the conciliation of work and personal life.

With business cooperation

We are committed to collaboration and business partnerships, because we believe that together we add more and this allows us to provide greater value to our client organisations. 

ININ is a founding member of the Navarre Association of Consultancy Firms (ANEC), participating in its management bodies and developing joint initiatives that contribute to improving our professional services. 

We are also members of ATANA- Clúster TIC de Navarra, because we believe that digitalisation is a key element of our services and of INNOBASQUE- Agencia Vasca de la Innovación because innovation is our raison d'être and we want to contribute to the development of innovative ecosystems in our environment.
 

With sustainability

Iniciativas Innovadoras is moving towards sustainability and has developed a diagnosis of its situation in 2022 in relation to the three dimensions of sustainability (environmental, social and economic) and an action plan in the relevant areas of improvement. Iniciativas Innovadoras has received the InnovaRSE 2022 seal from the Government of Navarra for its commitment to corporate social responsibility and sustainability.
