STRATUS has recently announced the launch of AdvisoryAgriHub, a digital hub specifically designed for agriculture and forestry advisors, aiming to provide tools that enhance their competencies and advisory practices.
This platform has been developed through the collaboration of five EU-funded networks: STRATUS, AdvisoryNetPEST, LIVENET, OrganicAdviseNetwork, and FORADVISE. AdvisoryAgriHub will offer access to a wide range of resources, including advisory practices and training materials in key areas such as fertilisation management, pest control, livestock, organic farming, and forestry.
The platform was developed by the Agricultural University of Athens, a STRATUS partner, and is structured into three main components: an Inventory of practices and innovations, a Training module, and a Networking section. The first component available will be the Inventory, which already includes 52 Good Practices (GPs) and Research Innovations (RIs) collected during the initial documentation phase. These resources are available in 11 languages and organised using filters such as crop category, thematic area (Precision Farming, Soil Quality, Bio-Based Fertilisers), country, language, and cross-cutting tags to ensure interoperability.
In the coming months, the platform will be expanded with new practices from the other four participating projects, and the training and networking modules will be activated.
