At <a href=\"https:\/\/iniciativas-innovadoras.es\/en\/\"><strong>Iniciativas Innovadoras<\/strong><\/a>, the organisation supporting the consortium in financial and administrative management, we especially value the strength of the joint work and the steady progress the project is achieving.<\/div>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\">During the two-day meeting, the partners shared intermediate results and coordinated the next steps to continue advancing a cross-border framework for social innovation aimed at detecting weaknesses among older people in rural areas.<\/div>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\">A meeting to consolidate progress<\/div>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\">The work programme focused on four main areas:<\/div>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\"><strong>1- Project progress report<\/strong><\/div>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\">The overall progress of the project was presented, with special emphasis on the intermediate results of the six pilot experiences. These pilots, carried out in rural areas on both sides of the border, are enabling the assessment of weaknesses among older adults and the design of personalised action plans based on shared methodologies and a social support approach.<\/div>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\"><strong>2- Progress of the digital tools<\/strong><\/div>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\">Technical teams presented the improvements made to the digital tools developed for the project. These solutions will be essential for facilitating data collection, frailty assessment and coordination among social and healthcare professionals.<\/div>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\"><strong>4- Presentation of the Ethics Committee\u2019s work<\/strong><\/div>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\">The Ethics Committee shared its recommendations and validations, which are essential to ensure that all project interventions respect the principles of confidentiality, informed consent and care for participants.<\/div>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\"><strong>5- Definition of the next steps<\/strong><\/div>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\">The meeting concluded with a clear roadmap for the coming months, focused on deepening field evaluations, strengthening the interoperability of digital tools and preparing interim monitoring reports.<\/div>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\">The role of Iniciativas Innovadoras<\/div>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\">From our role in financial, administrative and organisational support, at Iniciativas Innovadoras we highlight:<\/div>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\"><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ewa-rteLine\">The excellent coordination between technical teams across all territories.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ewa-rteLine\">The active involvement of each partner organisation in maintaining the project\u2019s pace of implementation.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ewa-rteLine\">The value of holding in-person meetings, which strengthen the cohesion of the consortium and support shared decision-making.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\">We will continue supporting the partner organisations to ensure effective, transparent management aligned with the project\u2019s objectives.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ir\u00fan, 22 November \u2013 On 20 and 21 November, the third meeting of the TRANSIS LAB project took place, a key event that brought together all the project partners from both sides of the border.
