COCOREADO, ‘Connecting Consumers and Producers to Rebalance Farmers’ Position through Ambassadors Trainings,’ officially began with a kick-off meeting held online on 11, 12, and 13 January. Coordinated by the Catholic University of Leuven (Belgium), 13 partners from 9 countries have worked intensively to present the activities planned in the various work packages to the consortium as a whole, as well as participating in workshops aimed at launching the first actions. Iniciativas Innovadoras is leading WP7 on Communication and Dissemination.
We have 42 months ahead of us to work on this exciting project aimed at rebalancing the position of farmers as key players in innovative food supply chains and as suppliers for public procurement. The great challenge is to connect consumers and producers to achieve this. The project is funded by the European Horizon 2020 Programme.
