What we’re looking for
University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
3 to 5 years of experience in consulting and/or European project management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams…).
Languages: English and French (C1 level spoken and written) are essential. Basque (B2 or C1) is a plus.
Driving license.
Ability to work in a team, communicate clearly, and write effectively.
Analytical profile with synthesis and proposal development skills.
Digital skills and adaptability to new tools.
Autonomy, initiative, and responsibility.
Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
Your responsibilities
Participation in consulting projects: analysis, diagnostics, and action proposals.
Preparation of project proposals for national and European funding programs.
Administrative and financial project management: technical and financial monitoring, reporting, milestone tracking, and meeting coordination.
Interaction with international consortium partners and funding program authorities.
Support in communication and dissemination of project results.
