Currently, it is working under the 2025-2028 Action Plan and has carried out Impact Measurement, which demonstrates the positive contribution of its activities in economic, social, and environmental areas. Recently, it was awarded the 1st Improvement Cycle 2025 InnovaRSE seal, reinforcing its CSR commitment.

What is the InnovaRSE Management System?

The InnovaRSE Management System, developed by the Government of Navarre, aims to implement and develop social responsibility in the strategy and management of organizations across the three dimensions of sustainability: environmental, social, and economic. It draws inspiration from the best national and international approaches and seeks to improve business competitiveness, foster innovation, and promote transparency. The InnovaRSE roadmap is structured into three stages: planning with an initial diagnosis and action plan design, execution through specific projects and activities, and the improvement cycle involving continuous review and the preparation of sustainability reports to inform stakeholders.
The system offers accreditation seals that companies obtain as they progress through the stages, compatible with other certifications and designed as an incentive to keep advancing. It also provides technical support, training for accredited consultants, and financial aid for implementation. It is adapted to different realities through specific methodologies such as InnovaRSE for SMEs, TamiRSE for freelancers and microenterprises, and GobernaRSE for the public sector and local entities.
This model has been recognized as a Good Business Practice in Interreg Europe, positioning Navarre as a European benchmark in social responsibility.
All information about the system is available on the official portal www.innovarsenavarra.es, where resources, calls, and the list of accredited companies can be consulted.
