For more than three years, the 18 European partners from 10 countries have shared their experiences on non-food crops in order to identify ways to increase the contribution of these crops to European agriculture and the bioeconomy. Connecting biomass producers with processors in new value chains and transferring knowledge, including sharing the first operational examples of developments, are essential factors in mobilising biomass for these new uses.
Iniciativas Innovadoras has been working intensively during this time on the dissemination and communication of the project results, one of which is the PANACEA Platform, where a comprehensive database of projects and non-food crops can be registered and consulted.
